This diagram was used as a full production field development was nearing completion. There were four primary production loops and the management team wanted to know which one could be brought online first and how quickly. A diagram was created for each loop so the project team could review each loop and best allocate the available manpower and equipment in order to minimise the timeframe to commencement of oil production. Colours are used to denote the various systems – flow lines, umbilicals, electrical and hydraulics lines. Items yet to be installed are shown in grey.
